Goldenhawk Streamliner
After a hiatus of a couple years we were back at the Langley Good Times Cruise In (September 12th ). Over 110,000 people from around BC, across Canada and the US come to the Cruise In. It’s not just a local car show anymore.
As the official body work and paint sponsor, we showcased the Goldenhawk Streamliner (the Diesel Powered Land Speed Record Challenge) project and six street vehicles highlighting the quality and pride in workmanship that our Collision Plus members provide to all our customers.
The Goldenhawk has been refinished by a team of Collision Plus technicians and volunteers (with a special thank you to Able Auto Body Walnut Grove for the use of their facility, their equipment and for the support of their great team of techs). It was refinished in environmentally responsible waterborne paints (generously provided by White & Peters) and shows our commitment to using products that minimize the environmental impact on our community. A lot of work by a lot of people has been gone into getting this diesel-powered land speed record challenge ready for the Bonneville Salt Flats this August.
