Performance Group

Several times each year the Collision Plus members gather with a common goal to network, learn, benefit and share information and expertise.

Our Collision Plus Performance Group meetings are unique in that they are not moderated by any paint provider and only Collision Plus owners and managers are invited into our sensitive conversations.   The Collision Plus Performance Meetings offer an opportunity to exchange information between like-minded individuals in a structured, yet informal environment.

With the owners/operators and managers in attendance, participants learn "what works and what works better" respective to their collision repair facility operations.

Gaining from the experience of their peers within the Collision Plus network of shops, each individual benefits from their participation through knowledge and with knowledge comes success.  During each of the Collision Plus Performance Groups, Collision Plus members hear from industry leaders on trends affecting today's (and tomorrow's) collision repair industry.  This is an unique opportunity to get the heads up on what will affect the future and how to affect the future to ensure success and profitability in British Columbia.  High achievers are recognized and opportunities identified for future high achievers.  Action plans and goals are set and commitments made. The success of each individual shop strengthens the Collision Plus group as a whole.
