Many insurance companies designate specific shops to work on their behalf in a region, city or neighbourhood (DRP status).  It remains your decision as to which facility you are willing to entrust with your car's repair.

All Collision Plus members are ICBC c.a.r. Valet accredited and many hold multiple DRP status with a growing list of insurance companies.
